Ninety-One Ways is a series of daily prompts and inspiration to build foundational daily routines and develop a mindset that enable you to contribute to a life you love. There will be something different to focus on each day including a prompt to respond to in your journal.

Use the Daily 3 to guide your thoughts and actions. Your goal every day is to practice these three to help develop a positive mindset and productive habits.

Check in every day to get your daily prompt to encourage you to:

  1. Be creative – Focus on thinking of new ideas and create solutions to problems without clearly defined structures.
  2. Think critically – Focus on applying higher-level, process-oriented thinking, considering issues from a range of possible perspectives and using that reasoning to make decisions.
  3. Be future orientated – Focus on having an optimistic disposition that enables you to obtain the skills and knowledge required to achieve your goals
  4. Be determined – Focus on voluntarily continuing goal-directed actions despite the presence of challenges and discouragement.
  5. Show initiative – Focus on assessing and getting things done things independently without input or guidance.
  6. Be courageous – Focus on taking chances when appropriate despite inevitable uncertainty and challenges.
  7. Communicate – Focus on expressing or exchanging information or expressing ideas, thoughts, feelings, etc., to someone else.
  8. Be adaptable – Focus on changing your actions and plans to overcome present and future challenges.

What do you need to do?

All you need is a blank notebook. You will be proud to see how your ideas grow over time when you flip back through the pages and review what you have written.

  1. Set aside fifteen to thirty minutes a day to record your ideas, inspiration, plans and reflections.
  2. Log in to your account to read the daily prompt and inspiration. There will be something different to focus on each day including a prompt to respond to in your journal.
  3. Write anything that comes to mind as you read the daily module. Elaborate as much as you can. 
  4. Watch how your ideas grow over time. You will be proud to flip back through the pages and review what you have written.
  5. Share your thoughts and images on Instagram using the hashtag #91WaysNOW
